The Pelicans are a YMCA and USA Swimming team located in Elgin, Illinois.  The team exists to provide Fox Valley area youth with a competitive and instructional swimming program.  Our goal is to instill a sense of accomplishment and pride in each swimmer while building friendships and experiencing success.
